Kaela

YOGA TEACHER [/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Born in Tasmania, Kaela grew up in the USA and traveled widely before returning to Melbourne/Australia.

Kaela’s yoga journey began when she was very young and her parents brought her along to a yoga retreat. Sitting in the back of the room half practicing meditation, half watching them, she remembers thinking “this is weird!”. After that early experience she didn’t return to yoga again until she turned 18. In the following years she would dance between months of dedicated yoga practice, alternating with months of no yoga practice. During the months without yoga she realised that something essential was missing and would end up back in a yoga class once more – only to fall out of the practice again! This pattern continued for a while but after 12 years of seriously practicing yoga she knew she was ready to become a yoga teacher so she could guide the practice of others. Her journey is (and always will be) never ending with this practice. She regards herself as a perpetual student and is grateful for every day she is able to guide others with their journey.

Yoga Teaching Style: When you come to Kaela’s yoga classes, whether it is a vinyasa, yin, slow flow, meditation, you will be held, nurtured and guided back to yourself and the true essence of yourself.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner el_class=”teacher-tile” css=”.vc_custom_1638932824189{padding-bottom: 5rem !important;}”][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″ css=”.vc_custom_1638932830871{padding-bottom: 2rem !important;}”][vc_single_image image=”2147″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css=”.vc_custom_1638932978543{padding-bottom: 1rem !important;}”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”3/4″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1642039144204{padding-bottom: 1rem !important;}”]
